Online registration compulsory for Money Lenders in Gujarat : Government

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has today launched an ‘E-COOPERATIVE PORTAL’ for the effective implementation of Gujarat Money-Lenders Act, 2011 and Rules-2013 on 9th February 2022.
The new registrations and renewal applications of money lenders under various sections of Gujarat Money Lenders Act will be accepted only through online mode. All the processes including registration certificate will be through online mode. The website for online registration is: www.ecooperative.gujarat.gov.
