PurneshModi Android App to receive and address road-damage related complains

Gandhinagar: The state government has launched ‘PurneshModi’ application for redressal of issues related to roads and buildings.

The application will operate on a 24*7 basis. The roads & buildings minister Purnesh Modi has requested the people to send details of damages to the roads and buildings in various areas due to rain through the application. The issues will be resolved on the basis of the same.

The user can download the ‘PurneshModi’ app on their android phone. The steps to file a complaint through the app are: 1. The user can open the application after downloading. 2. Open ‘Add Suggestion’. 3. Fill the details of name, number, pincode, address, landmark, taluka, jilla after the form opens. 4. Write the complaint in detail in the description option. 5. Submit the details. Upload a photo when needed.

Thus, the complaint will reach the department.
