Gujarat govt announces Nari Vandan Utsav during 1-7 August

Gandhinagar: The women and child development department of the state government has planned to celebrate Nari Vandan Utsav from 1st to 7th August in the state.
Various theme based activities will take place during the week. The 1st August will be celebrated as Mahila Suraksha Diwas, 2nd August as Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Diwas, 3rd August as Mahila Swawlamban Diwas, 4th August as Mahila Netrutva Diwas, 5th August as Mahila Karmayogi Diwas, 6th August as Mahila Kalyan Diwas and 7th August as Mahila & Bal Aarogya Diwas.
