Actress Ketki Dave performs role in Gujarati play on third day of her husband’s death

Mumbai: Renown Gujarati actress Ketki Dave performed at a play on the third day on her husband and renowned actor Rasik Dave’s death. The audience present in the auditorium applauded the spirit of a great actress.

Actor Rasik Dave passed away on 29th July 2022 at the age of 65 years. He was suffering from a kidney disease. He was sick for last 15 to 20 days before his death. He, during his sickness, often told his wife Ketli Dave to not to stop her work, no matter what happens to him. Ketki Dave performed her role in Gujarati play ‘Khel Khele Khelaiya’ in Ghatkopar, Mumbai on 31st July, as per her husband’s wish.

The director and producer of the play Kiran Bhatt informed that the audience stood up and applauded when Ketki Dave’s turn came in the introduction of the actors of the play. The one on 31st July was a charity show. The regular shows of this play will be also organised on 2nd, 6th and 7th August. The director and producer of the play informed further that Rasik Dave had denied to cancel the show of the play, no matter what happens to him.
