Ahmedabad to have a special virtual traffic court for e-memo

Gandhinagar: A special ‘Virtual Traffic Court’ is started in Ahmedabad metropolitan court for the procedure of paying the e-Memo for penalty of traffic rules breach.

Those who have got an e-Memo and are ready to confess their mistake and pay the penalty can do the procedure through the virtual traffic court. Those willing to challenge the e-Memo can do the procedure at the court of their judicial jurisdiction. Total 56,17,545 e-memos are pending in the state which is equal to Rs 309 crore 33 lakh.
