Search operation at an industrial unit in Central Gujarat over suspected MD drug manufacturing

Vadodara: Though there are no official details shared yet by the Anti Terrorist squad (ATS) yet, it is learnt that the search operation with assistance of the forensic science department is underway at a private company Nectar Chem’s premises on Moxi road near Savli in Central Gujarat since last night. The search operation is related to tip off about MD drugs manufacturing in privately owned GK Marble unit worth crores of Rupees of estimated value in international market. The unit was under radar for drug business under the guise of marble powder. The joint operation is being executed by Gujarat ATS and Vadodara Police SOG. Official briefing by Police is awaited.
