Bopal, Ghuma other 3 villages shifted to Ghatlodiya taluka from Daskroi

Bopal: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has in a pro-people decision shifted five districts of Daskroi taluka of Ahmedabad district to Ghatlodiya taluka of same district.
The villages that are shifted to another taluka in government records are Lilapur, Lapkaman, Khodiyar, Bopal and Ghuma. With this decision the people from these villages will no longer need to go to Vastral office for revenue related works. It’s worth noting that Vastral is about 35 km away from these places.
The locals will need to go to nearby Western Prant Office for revenue related works. The five villages listed above are removed from Daskroi taluka and they are to be considered as part of Ghatlodiya taluka. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel himself is from this area and he is Member of Legislative Assembly from Ghatlodiya assembly seat. DeshGujarat
