Rajkot: Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) Gujarat has nabbed havaldar of Sub Jail Gondal in a bribe case of Rs 3500.

The complainant was in Gondal sub-jail over a complaint filed by bank authorities against him. The accused havaldar Jagdishbhai Bhikhanbhai Solanki demanded a bribe of Rs 3500 from the complainant to let him use the telephone in jail more than once and not to torture him.

The complainant contacted ACB as he was not willing to pay the bribe. The accused was found taking a bribe of Rs 3500 from the complainant during a trap executed by ACB. The accused is detained. DeshGujarat
