General Visitors can meet Gujarat Ministers on Monday

Gandhinagar: The general visitors will be able to directly meet the ministers only on Mondays in the State secretariat complex. This decision was taken and announced in the State cabinet meeting today by the Chief Minister, it is learnt.
According to sources, the Chief Minister has instructed the ministers that Mondays will be reserved for the general visitors to meet the ministers of the state government. Tuesdays will be reserved for MLAs to meet the ministers.
All the ministers will now have to remain present in the ministerial offices till Friday evening. The visitors will have to submit their mobile phones before entering the chambers of the ministers. The ministers can meet the CM only on Wednesdays after the cabinet, except for emergency cases.
The MLAs will have to take prior appointments before meeting the CM. The minister of various departments will have to constantly organize meetings of their department and submit review reports. DeshGujarat
