Jamnagar Police files charge sheet in rape case in 5 days

Jamnagar: Jamnagar Police filed the chargesheet in the rape case involving a 4-year-old female victim, just 5 days after the FIR was lodged. The minor girl was allegedly sexually molested by a Nepali man on January 1.
Police had arrested the accused, Sargen alias Sajan Vishvakarma (35), a native of Nepal on January 2, within hours after the FIR was registered.
This is for the first time in Jamnagar that a chargesheet is filed within 5 days. The charge sheet is 200 pages long and contains statements from 35 witnesses and CCTV footage as evidence. DeshGujarat
