Ram Katha in Dangi tribal dialect for the first time in Dang district

Ahwa: Ram Katha is recited for the first time in Dangi tribal language at Shivarimal-based Vaidehi Sanskar Dham. Saputara – Vaghai road-based Shivarimal is hosting the Katha which is recited by Sadhvi Yashoda didi in the Dangi language. Ram Katha will continue for 9 days.

Dang has an age-old association with Bhagwan Ram. A village here is believed birthplace of Bhagwan Hanuman. Another village namely Subir is known as Shabari dham and is believed the place of Shabri from Rayana. A large number of tribals attended the katha session on the first day.

Hetal Didi of Tejaswini dham, Satyawan Guruji, Gaman Maharaj, RRS Dharma Jagaran joint coordinator of Navsari vibhag Prashant Borse, Vaghai taluka vice president Balwant Deshmukh, Ahwa taluka president Kamlaben Hiralal Raut, and other leaders attended the katha session. DeshGujarat
