A satellite bus station of GSRTC on Bhavnagar road in Rajkot ready for inauguration

Rajkot: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel is likely to inaugurate the newly built Satellite bus station of Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) in Rajkot this month.

The new satellite bus station of GSRTC is ready at Bhavnagar Road of the city. It is developed at a cost of Rs 4.47 crore with construction across 1363 square meters near Amul Circle. It has 13 platforms.
The buses to Jamnagar, Amreli, Jasdan, Botad, and Bhavnagar will be available from this satellite bus station. Around 200 to 250 buses will operate from this bus station. The new bus station has facilities such as an inquiry window, online reservation, issuance of passes for students and passengers, water room, canteen, parcel room, and nursing room. The new satellite bus station will help to reduce the rush of passengers and buses at the existing Rajkot bus port. DeshGujarat
