Ahmedabad: The Sola High Court police have filed another complaint against Nirav Jableya, the son of retired IPS officer Bakubhai Jableya. According to this complaint, Nirav took Rs. 5 lakh from a drug case accused and created a fake stay order from the Gujarat High Court to prevent his arrest in the case. However, after his deception was exposed, Nirav threatened to frame the accused in a false case and refused to return the money.
Dineshbhai Rana (32), a resident of Kubernagar and a caterer by profession, met Nirav Jableya six months ago through his friend Dhawal. At that time, Nirav told Dineshbhai that he is the son of a retired IPS officer and is involved in liaison work. He offered to help with any court or government department-related work. Subsequently, a drug case was registered against Mehul Mewada. Nirav took 5 lakhs from Dineshbhai and forged a fake stay order from the High Court. However, as the deceit came to light, a complaint has been filed in this matter. DeshGujarat
