Gandhinagar: The capital town of Gujarat will have a 32-storey building at Khoraj Town Planning scheme – 63. It will be around 125 meters high building over 13,869 square meter plot with floor space index(FSI) 5.4. Proposed building will have a dedicated parking space upto fourth floor.

Under the General Development Control Regulation (GDCR) – 2017, a special technical committee is formed to advise the local authority to permit such tall building. It consists of a structure and soil expert and Director fo Gujarat Fire & Emergency. For a tall building, a no objection certificate is also required from the airport authority.

Presently the tallest tower in Gandhinagar is located in GIFT City, which is 122-metre tall GIFT ONE Tower that is 29-story high. Khoraj is an sublocality in Vaishno Devi Circle area.DeshGujarat
