Surat minor girl leaves home to meet TV serial stars; brought back from Mumbai

Surat: A 15-year-old girl left home to reach Mumbai to meet her favorite actors of a Television serial. As the family approached Utran Police, the girl was traced from Mumbai Central railway station.

Surat: A 15-year-old girl from Utran had left home for mandir but she didn’t return. The family approached Utran Police. Police Inspector AD Mahant formed various teams and started probing into this missing complaint through CCTV cameras and human sources.

It was found then that the missing girl had made various social media accounts. In one of the accounts, she had put a photograph of the railway station, based on which, Police Sub Inspector HL Kadchha and team traced her location to a place near Mumbai Central.

A team reached Mumbai and also approached the Railway Police of Mumbai, after which a missing girl was found and handed over to her parents.

When questioned, the girl said she would regularly watch Parineeti serial on the Colors channel and that she liked its characters. She visited Mumbai to meet the actors of this serial.

The girl said she had booked an online ticket for Mumbai a day ago and written ‘bye bye Surat’ on Instagram. She said she very much liked the hero and other actors of the Parineeti TV serial. DeshGujarat
