New Delhi: Following the Supreme Court of India’s affirmation of the constitutionality of the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir, Union Home Minister Amit Shah today presented the Jammu & Kashmir Reservation (Amendment) Bill, 2023, in the upper house, Rajya Sabha, for approval.
