Aerotrans announces helicopter trips to religious, tourist places in Gujarat

Ahmedabad: Aerotrans Services, an air charter company based in the city, has unveiled a plan named ‘Explore Gujarat with Us’ offering helicopter ride services to various places in state as well as Nathdwara.

According to the company’s statement, this distinctive air charter service is aimed at religious and leisure tourism within and around the culturally rich state of Gujarat, India. It covers an exclusive selection of round-trips to destinations, showcasing the diverse religious and cultural parts of the region.

The first phase covers helicopter round trips to:

1. Palitana,
2. Sarangpur,
3. Somnath,
4. Statue of Unity,
5. Vadnagar,
6. Nadabet,
7. Nathdwara

In the second phase, additional destinations will be added, which will be offered with aeroplanes as well as helicopters.

The travel times for these destinations are specified as follows: 1 hour 25 minutes to Nathdwara, 1 hour 10 minutes to Palitana, 50 minutes to Salangpur, 1 hour 35 minutes to Somnath, 1 hour to the Statue of Unity, 30 minutes to Vadnagar, and 55 minutes to Nadabet. The company is set to provide car services to and from the helipad.

Commencing on December 27, the company will also launch eight-minute helicopter joyrides at Dhordo during the Rann Utsav.
