RRU gets Atal Incubation Centre and National IED Data Management System

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel today performed ground breaking and dedicated Rs. 481.32 crore worth development works at Rashtriya Raksha University(RRU). He launched four new projects at RRU.
The Chief Minister dedicated Atal Incubation Centre at RRU for innovation and incubation projects in the domain of national security and policing.
The Chief Minister also launched National IED (Improvised Explosive Device) Data Management system. This system will make real time data sharing, data analysis and data collection easier for National Bomb Data Centre.
The Chief Minister visited Atal Incubation Centre and National Information Databased Management System for Bomb Disposal Centre in RRU campus.
The Chief Minister also launched two books named Shakti Dhvani and Gujarat Police’s history.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that there are five Raksha schools functional in the State for training to school children right from the childhood regarding defense and police. Five more such schools are to be started next, he added. He said, such Rashtriya Raksha Schools, linked to RRU will be started in other parts of the country as well. DeshGujarat
