SARATHI Portal facing glitches; Services to resume on February 12th

Ahmedabad: The Commissioner of Transport in Gujarat informed the media on Friday that the SARATHI Portal is facing some disruptions.
He stated that SARATHI is currently experiencing disruptions in delivering driving licenses. The temporary unavailability of certain services is attributed to a database server issue at NIC Delhi. The application is part of the Parivahan portal developed by the union government.
The portal, when opened, displays the message “Services on SARATHI portal shall be enabled w.e.f 6.00 AM on 12/02/2024. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.”DeshGujarat
