Cadila Pharma chief Rajiv Modi nearly collapses during speech at Indrashil University

Gandhinagar: Speaking from the stage at the third convocation ceremony of Indrashil University in Mehsana district on Saturday, well-known industrialist Rajiv Modi, head of Cadila Pharma and president of Indrashil University, felt weakness suddenly and was rushed for immediate medical treatment.

During the convocation ceremony of the university at Rajpur near Kadi, Mr. Rajiv Modi suddenly stopped speaking after speaking for a few minutes as the president of the institution. His security personnel standing nearby immediately rushed to Mr. Modi’s aid.

The ceremony was halted for a few minutes during which Mr. Modi was rushed for immediate medical treatment.
