Gujarat ATS, ICG nab 2 from sea; seize 173 kg of drugs

Porbandar: In the second such operation in just 24 hours, the Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad and the Indian Coast Guard have seized approximately 173 kg of drugs off the Gujarat coast. The law enforcement agencies have apprehended two individuals along with the drugs from the sea off the Porbandar coast.
It is learned that the seized narcotics, believed to be Hashish, are valued at 60 crore rupees, and the two arrested individuals are of Indian origin who went to Pakistan to bring it into the country.
It is noteworthy that the ATS, ICG, along with the NCB, had seized 86 kg of drugs valued at Rs. 600 crore and had apprehended 14 Pakistani crew members on Sunday. DeshGujarat
