Sakkarbaug Zoo in Junagadh to have new entry ticket rates

Junagadh: The Gujarat Forest and Environment Department has revised the entry fees for Sakkarbaug Zoo in Junagadh. The previous orders regarding the entry fees have been revoked, and new fees are fixed as follows:

| 4 | Entry for senior citizens aged 60 and above (walk-through) | 20 |
| 5 | Entry for foreign tourists | 500 |
| 6 | Per head educational visit entry (students and teachers walk-through): | |
| a. Children aged 3 to 12 years | 10 | |
| b. Individuals above 12 years | 20 | |
| 7 | Jungle Safari entry fee (using zoo-organised vehicles like bus and gypsy): | |
| a. Children aged 3 to 12 years | 50 | |
| b. Individuals above 12 years | 75 | |
| c. Foreign tourists | 1000 | |
| 8 | Jungle Safari entry fee (using zoo-organised vehicles like electric golf cart): | |
| a. Children aged 3 to 12 years | 75 | |
| b. Individuals above 12 years | 100 | |
| c. Foreign tourists | 1500 | |
| 9 | Amateur photography camera (excluding mobile phones) | 100 |

Visitors will receive free entry for walk-through visits during the following special days:
- Wildlife Week (October 2nd to October 9th)
- World Wetland Day (February 2nd)
- World Wildlife Day (March 3rd)
- World Forest Day (March 21st)
- World Earth Day (April 22nd)
- International Day for Biological Diversity (May 22nd)
- World Environment Day (June 5th)
- World Lion Day (August 10th)
