Swami Sachidanand recovering from leg injury; Gujarat CM, Health Minister visit him in hospital

Ahmedabad: Swami Sachidanand (93) is recovering from a right leg injury at the Swaminarayan Gurukul Vidyapith Pratishtha (SGVP) hospital on the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway. Swami Ji fell down on 11 December at his Dantali-based Bhakti Niketan Ashram. He was taken for medical treatment at SGVP hospital. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel visited Swami Ji, who has been operated on by a team of doctors. Sachidanand Swami, who was honored with the Padma Bhushan by the Government of India, has been hospitalized for around 15 days. Swami Ji offered gold rudraksha malas to the doctors who treated him. Health Minister Rushikeshbhai Patel also visited Swami Ji in the hospital. DeshGujarat
