Gandhinagar: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is set to visit Gujarat on January 13 to attend the 4th convocation ceremony of Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) in the state capital.

Around 447 students will take part in the ceremony, which will also see 11 Indian Navy officers receiving their diploma and PG Diploma certificates from the Finance Minister. The event will also honor three students with PhD degrees, while 13 exceptional students will be presented with gold medals for their outstanding academic achievements. DeshGujarat
