Zomato delivery boy held for allegedly harassing a woman

Vadodara: A Zomato delivery boy allegedly sexually harassed a married woman in the New Alkapuri area of the city two days ago.
A married woman aged 36 residing in the New Alkapuri area of the city had ordered food online on Zomato two days ago. Mohammed Akmal alias Ahmed Sirajwala (age 19), a resident of Wadi area, delivered the food. During this, Akmal allegedly tried to hold the hand of the married woman, saying that he liked her. The frightened woman closed the door of the house, and Akmal left.
After this, the victim informed her family members about this incident. After this, they went to the Laxmipura police station to file a complaint. The police registered a molestation complaint and investigated at the Zomato office. After this, the police nabbed Akmal after obtaining his details. DeshGujarat
