Ahmedabad: Excelsoft Technologies Limited proposes to open an initial public offering of its Equity Shares of face value ₹10 each on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. The Anchor Investor Bidding Date is one working day prior to the Bid/Offer Opening Date, Tuesday, November 18, 2025, an official statement announced. The Bid/Offer Closing Date is Friday, November 21, 2025.

According to the company, the price band of the offer has been fixed from ₹114 per equity share of face value ₹10 each to ₹120 per equity share of face value ₹10 each. Bids can be made for a minimum of 125 equity shares and in multiples of 125 equity shares thereafter.

The Initial Public Offering comprises a Fresh Issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,800 million and an Offer for Sale of equity shares aggregating up to ₹3,200 million by Pedanta Technologies Private Limited (the Selling Shareholder).

The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) (together, the “Stock Exchanges”).

Anand Rathi Advisors Limited is the sole Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM) to the offer.
