Work Block at Jagudan to Disrupt Schedule of Six Ahmedabad Division Trains for Two Da

Ahmedabad: Engineering work at Jagudan station in the Ahmedabad division of Western Railway will disrupt the schedule of six trains over the next two days, affecting passengers travelling on key regional routes.

According to officials, Train No. 20959/60 Valsad–Vadnagar–Valsad Express scheduled for November 16 will be partially cancelled between Gandhinagar Capital and Vadnagar.

Similarly, on November 16, Train No. 14821 Jodhpur–Sabarmati Express will be partially cancelled between Sabarmati and Abu Road. The return service, Train No. 14822 Sabarmati–Jodhpur Express, will be partially cancelled between Abu Road and Sabarmati on November 17.

Train No. 20485 Jodhpur–Sabarmati Express on November 16 will depart from Jodhpur with a delay of two hours, Western Railway stated.

In addition, Train No. 69207 Gandhinagar Capital–Varetha MEMU scheduled for November 16 will begin its journey one hour late from Gandhinagar Capital.

Railway authorities also noted that several trains on the Ahmedabad–Jaipur route continue to face disruptions due to an ongoing 35+ day engineering block, which has forced multiple cancellations and diversions. A 36-day block between Jaipur and Ahmedabad has similarly impacted operations, with some services cancelled and others rerouted.
