Nadiad court gives 4-year jail to Sub Inspector Zala in atrocity case

Nadiad: Additional Sessions Judge of court for atrocity cases V.D.Parmar has ordered four years imprisonment and Rs 7,000 fine to Police Sub Inspector(PSI) Ajaysinh Rajendrasinh Zala in atrocity case filed by one Manu Vaghela in September 2015.
Zala is PSI in Padhdhar(Bhuj) police station. Manu Vaghela had filed atrocity case against him when Zala was working as PSI in Kheda town.
Judge Parmar ordered 3 years jail under atrocity act section 3(1) 10 while one-one year jail for issuance of threat and thrashing under section 323.
Manu Vaghela, a Dalit had alleged that he suffered casteist abuse and insult from Zala when he visited police station to file complaint regarding theft of gas bottles.
