Gujarat Board Class – 12 exams cancelled

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has today taken a decision to cancel the class – 12 exams that were to be held from 1st July. The decision was taken in a State cabinet meeting chaired by the Chief Minister after discussing a decision taken by the Prime Minister yesterday, said State Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama, adding that further procedure regarding board exams will be taken up as per the guideline by the Central government. When asked about exams for repeaters, Chudasama said a decision on that is pending. Chudasama said a new academic session from June 7 will commence in online mode only. DeshGujarat
