Gujarat CM to launch anthem, app, books on World Lion Day

Junagadh: The World Lion Day will be marked on August 10 across Gujarat. Chief Minister Patel will launch a Lion Anthem on this day. He will also launch Sinh Suchna Web App. He will launch two books “the king of the jungle – The Asiatic Lions of Gir” and “Hu Gujarat no Sinh”.
The Chief Minister will deliver address via video conference from Gandhinagar on this day. According to the State government, the World Lion Day shall be marked in over 7,000 schools and colleges across 10 districts and 74 talukas that are part of the Asiatic Lions landscape. The school children will wear lion masks and march in rallies. Speeches on lions shall be delivered in schools and colleges.
