Ahmedabad: The city police today nabbed one person for causing an accident while being intoxicated. Two people have been gravely injured in the accident that occurred on Sindhu Bhavan Road.

The accident took place on the service road. The accused car driver, Shail Ravindra Gajjar, was allegedly intoxicated while driving the car and caused the accident. a couple was injured in the accident and was shifted to a local hospital for treatment. The bottle of liquor has also been recovered from the car. The police reached the accident spot and started the investigation by collecting evidence and CCTV footage. The accused has been detained.
