Modi is internet friendly but not volley ball net friendly

It was embarrassing moment for Narendra Modi when he arrived at Mota Naroda public meeting in Ahmedabad. As soon as he entered the stage, he found that the Ahmedabad Police had over acted on his security and tied a volley ball net on the stage to protect him from possible shoe attack.

The net was just a couple of centimeters away from Narendra Modi’s chest. Though Modi’s face was clearly visible, his body up to neck was behind a volley ball net.

Modi started his speech to finish it soon. Sources say that Modi was not happy with such a net tied on the stage and he immediately conveyed his displeasure over this to proper officials. So, the same city and same police but in his next public meeting at Dharnidhar cross roads, volley ball net was completely absent.

It should be noted here that across Gujarat, at several places, district police had arranged a bullet proof boxes for Narendra Modi but Modi publicly refused to use such arrangements. In Surat rally Modi said, he knows he would die one day fighting terrorism, but if he has to die, he would like to die in public.
