On invitation of Mansin Dodiya, President of Youth Congress in Gujarat, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is likely to visit Surat for four hours to address a gathering of the South Gujarat Youth Congress workers at Patidar Samaj Bhavan in Katargam on July 18.
