5 dead, 3 burnt alive in two road mishaps in Saurashtra

Rajkot: Three people were burnt alive while altogether five people died in two road mishaps in Morbi and Bhavnagar districts of Saurashtra region in Gujarat today.
In the first accident near Jabalpur village on Tankara-Rajkot highway of Morbi district at around 9 am, a cotton laden truck collided head on with a car which caught fire killing three sitting in it including a woman on the spot. All the three deceased are said to be residents of Tankara.
In yet another accident on Talaja-Mahua road in Bhavnagar district, two people were killed when their car collided with a truck.
