But while Anna Hazare agitation is going on in Gujarat, why Mallika Sarabhai is not seen yet?

When Anna did his first fast-unto-death earlier this year, Mallikaben was visible on TV frequently along with about dozen odd people in the background sitting on Dharna.

But now when the second season of fast-unto-death is going on, where is Mallikaben?

Well, Mallikaben is far away in Kerala.

And in Ahmedabad, Anna’s agitation is in right hand(means neither in wrong hand nor in left hand).

This time, the agitation is not under the direction of Malik or Mallika, but it is under the direction of Common Man.

Common man common, you didn’t understand? Poor you.

There’s one UVA group which has been provided prominent spaces for puting pro-Anna hoardings on token prizes, thanks to intervention of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. Then there’s another group namely Janlokpal samiti which is backed by Akhil Bharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishad. While one group has been given police permission to set up dharna tent outside the Town hall, the other is camping on Income Tax cross road.

There are many other small time groups that also hold pro-Anna programmes in Ahmedabad here and there.

Due to Mallika’s exit and right people’s entry, pro-Anna agitation has become stronger than before in Gujarat, perhaps as a part of a strategy.

On the other hand that dozen and half odd group of vintage leftists of Gujarat continue to do something and other on the footpath of Sardar bag in support of Anna.

Actually any small-time magician would attract more public through exhibiting his couple of tricks on this footpath.

A dozen odd leftists/socialists know very well about how to hold placard and how to open mouth for slogan, but if they learn couple of tricks of magic too, there will be some attraction, and presence of people in their protest programmes will cross the mark of couple of dozen. At least some children will surely attend their programmes.
