According to sources, Sam Pitroda has asked railway experts to prepare a detailed project on possibility of starting a private passenger train between Mumbai and Bhuj. The project is in very primary stage as of now and can take time to materialist.
According to sources, Sam Pitroda is of opinion that if there can be private airlines and private freight train service in the country, why not private passenger train too?
Detail report and government’s clearance will ofcourse take time, but the process has been initiated from the top level of the ministry as per the sources.
