Watch the rath(!!) of Gujarat Congress’s Sardar Sandesh Yatra(Video)

Has Gujarat Congress run out of money or what? They define this truck as ‘rath’ of their ambitious Sardar Sandesh Yatra.

This old truck has label of ‘Goods carriage’. Such label has not been removed before using truck for ‘rath’ purpose.

On the backside of the truck there are some banners, but the inside part remains open to sky.

It seems that due to such a kind of ‘rath’, the leader, or say ‘rathi’ would travel more in car rather than ‘rath’.

Main banner on ‘rath’ says: ‘Thirsty farms, hungry farm laborers, BJP has become Yama doot of villages.’ Then there’s a photo of sad farmer who is sitting on the famine-affected land. Irony is that, even a child knows that South Gujarat is blessed with water, and for last ten years or so, there’s no famine in the state.

Then we never see the word ‘Congress’ on any of the BJP banners, but in Gujarat Congress’s case, you open their website and you will see something written about BJP, and you watch their ‘rath’ and you will see the same.

DeshGujarat captured the visuals presented above in Bardoli where Sardar Sandesh Yatra was flagged off today by Gujarat Congress President Shri Arjunbhai Modhwadia. The Bardoli-Anand stretch of Sardar Sandesh Yatra is being led by minister of state in centre Shri Tushar Chaudhary.
