Adani’s private port city at Mundra impresses Amitabh Bachchan

Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan was impressed by Gujarat’s Adani port today. This was reflected in his tweets on Saturday.

As Bhuj airport was closed for maintanance work, Shri Bachchan landed at Mundra’s Adani airport today afternoon for Gujarat Tourism ad shoot. He was welcomed by local BJP MLA among others. Bachchan visited Adani port and SEZ area with Adani group head Gautam Adani in a car. He planted a tree at Adani campus.

Following are Bachchan’s tweets on Saturday on his arrival at Kutch and day zero of second phase schedule of Gujarat Touriam ad shoot.

“Landed at Mundra in Gujarat, the private port city of the Adani Group ….. fascinating how group has developed, port, rail, power etc

Mundra third largest port in country, soon to become first … handles export of Maruti, power and oil to north … private enterprise

The second leg of the Tourism campaign for Gujarat starts tomorrow … so much to learn about our own land .. so little known !!

And the famed hospitality of the Gujaratis ! They could just go on feeding you till yo dropped ..!!
