BJP’s national president Nitin Gadkari will join Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s Swami Vivekananda Yuva Vikas Yatra in Ambaji on September 17th.
17th of September is birthday of Narendra Modi. Both Modi and Gadkari will seek blessings of Goddess Amba in this pilgrim town which hosts over 1.5 million pilgrims during Bhadarvi poonam fair scheduled to take place later this month.
Shri Gadkari will arrive from Delhi by air at Ahmedabad airport and will reach Ambaji from there. He will join Chief Minister Narendra Modi there. Shri Gadkari will leave for Delhi in the evening.

On 17th of September, Shri Modi will leave Gandhinagar to reach Ahmedabad airport take a flight to Rajkot where he is scheduled to address Vivekananda Yuva Parishad.
Imidiately after completing the function at Rajkot in Saurashtra, Shri Modi will fly to Ambaji in north Gujarat. Modi will seek blessings of Ambaji with BJP’s national president Shri Nitin Gadkari and start Swami Vivekananda Yatra’s fifth day phase at around 2.00 pm.
Ambaji falls under Danta seat which is reserved for Schedule Tribe(ST). From Ambaji Shri Modi’s yatra will move to Hadad which is also a part of Danta assembly seat.
Shri Modi’s yatra will then reach Khedbrahma assembly seat(ST) area in Sabarkantha district. He will visit Kheroj and Khedbrahma and then his yatra will enter Idar assembly seat area where he will address the public in Vadali and Idar.
Shri Modi will reach Himmatnagar assembly seat area in the evening. He will address the public in Himmatnagar and move to Vijapur assembly seat area of Mehsana district where a public meeting will be held at 8.00 pm.
In total the yatra will complete 136 km in one day covering five assembly areas.
BJP had won four out of five assembly seats in last assembly polls. However due to new delimitation Congress is now powerful on two seats(Danta and Khedbrahma), while one seat(Vijapur) is likely witness close fight between BJP and Congress.
