SC stays proceedings against Amit Shah in Tulsi case

The Supreme Court of India has stayed proceedings against former Gujarat minister of state for Home Shri Amit Shah in Tulsiram Prajapati encounter case.
This is a major relief for applicant Amit Shah who is on bail in Sohrabuddin encounter case.
As per the primary details available, the Supreme court given its consent to consider the chargesheet of Tulsiram Prajapati encounter case and Sohrabuddin encounter case as one. Next hearing will be held on 23 November.
