Devagh Baria MLA Tusharsinh Maharaul today joined the BJP and left NCP. With him the President of Devadh Baria Municipality and majority of local Councillors also joined the BJP.

Tusharsinh joining BJP is not surprising. He was seen with the Chief Minister on the stage during Sadbhavana fast, one year back.

Speaking to media persons at Gujarat BJP headquarter today evening, Tusharsinh said that he respected the wish of people of Devgadh Baria by joining BJP. He said he received full support of Chief Minister and his government whenever he wanted to do any developmental work in his constituency.

Brahmin saint Chaitanya Shambhu Maharaj and almost entire organization of Congress’s Paldi ward in Ellisbridge area also joined BJP.
