Porbandar Congress MP Vitthal Radadia has moved a quashing petition in the Gujarat High Court in connection with an FIR registered against him for the gun brandishing episode at a toll plaza in Karjan in Vadodara district on October 12. The petition is likely to come up for hearing today. Radadia faces criminal intimidation and rioting cases with six other persons.

In another development, former minister Maya Kodnani and Bajrang Dal leader Babu Bajrangi have moved the High Court challenging their conviction in the Naroda Patia case.
