IFS probationers pay visit to Gujarat Chief Minister

38 probationer officers of Indian Forest Service (IFS) including nine women officers today paid courtesy visit to Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
The officers are on a visit to Gujarat to study Gujarat’s forest and wild life protection and management efforts. They received details of Gir Lion Sanctuary, Jamnagar Marine National Park,Wild Ass sanctuary etc.
Protection of whale shark in Gujarat, people’s participation, migratory birds were other things discussed in the meeting.
