April 22, 2025
Ahmedabad: For the first time in Gujarat, a 108-kund Baglamukhi Mata Yagna is being organized at Shree Lambe Narayan Ashram, located near Shantipur Circle. The Yagna, which begins on April 23 and will go on till May 1, will be inaugurated with a Kalash Yatra starting from Sanand on the first day. For this, a Yagnashala measuring 65 feet in height and 141 feet in both length and width has been specially constructed. What makes it special is that no iron wires or nails have been used in the construction of this Yagnashala. The entire structure has been built based on Vastu principles. Additionally, arrangements have been made to ensure that the Yagnashala remains cool even during the summer heat.
Mahamandaleshwar Rishi Bharati Bapu stated that the Baglamukhi Mata Yagna benefits society by purifying governance and the environment, among other things. This is the first time such a Yagna is being conducted for Baglamukhi Mata. During the Yagna, 100 kg of ghee will be offered into the sacred fire. A total of 125 Brahmins will chant mantras together, creating a divine atmosphere. The 9-day Yagna also allows couples to participate, and those who wish to can take a vow on the first day and join only for the final offering on the last day. Various programs will take place throughout the 9 days, with participation from renowned spiritual leaders and gurus from across the country. DeshGujarat
