In pictures:Media persons attacked at Gujarat University Vice Chancellor’s bungalow

To capture an under construction swimming pool at the residence of Gujarat University Vice Chancellor Aadesh Pal, media teams reached his bungalow, but were stopped outside. Later the media persons tried to capture images of under construction swimming pool from above the wall. At that time private security guards hired by Vice Chancellor rushed to media persons and tried to attack them. Both sides had heated arguments and clash then after.

Meanwhile Congress has alleged that swimming pool is being constructed for personal hobby and it is masterpiece of construction against rules.

Most of the newspapers had published reports against construction of swimming pool at Vice Chancellor’s bungalow when Gujarat is facing drought situation. Aadesh Pal however reportedly told media persons that they are free to publish whatever they want to publish against him.
