Amitabh Bachchan blogs outrage over Youtube video,Modi seconds him

In his blog post early in the morning today, Bollywood mega star Amitabh Bachchan objected to a Youtube video that has used his voice to point out Narendra Modi as suitable leader of India.

Amitabh Bachchan did a ‘Lead India’ campaign for The Times of India in year 2007 in which he talked about a suitable leader for India. Now ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, someone has used Bachchan’s voice and put relevant video clips. Narendra Modi’s video clips are fixed when Bachchan speaks about a suitable leader to lead the nation.

Bachchan said, “I wish to state that this is an illegal act, inviting strong action, one that I am appalled by, and one that has no concurrence from me at all. I have brought this to the notice of the concerned authorities, and asked my Digital Team to find out its origin so that we can initiate action against the perpetrator.This is a blatant misuse and infringement of the Copyright Act, and needs to be condemned by all those that become a part of this platform.Infuriated and angered !!”

“In a world filled with all kinds of venom and distaste, malicious intent and perpetrators of all legality, there is a limit to which one shall be able to tolerate,” he added in his blog post which started with the words, “this is an outrage”.

The Youtube channel Jitega Bharat on which this video was uploaded as per Mr. Bachchan’s post is off air now.

DEAR ALL … FAKE VIDEO CIRCULATION ..
In the year 2007, I did a ‘Lead India’ campaign for the The Times of India, where we talked of the glorification of the country and India !

SOMEBODY has made a fake video by using my voice and text of what I spoke in the original, and falsely and mischievously, interspersed it with visuals which indicate a campaign for the promotion of the Hon Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Narendra Modi !!

Pre-release publicity campaign for Satyagraha kicks off

Publicity of multi-crore film Satyagraha starring Amitabh Bachchan kicked off at Dubai in presence of Kareena Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, and ‘Satyagraha’ director Prakash Jha on Sunday.
