Modi to be felicitated on his birthday

According to a statement issued by ‘Gujarat Gaurav Abhivadan Samiti, Gandhinagar’ led by Mayor of Gandhinagar Shri Mahendrasinh Rana, Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi will be honored by various community groups and organizations on his birthday on 17 September for his announcement of PM candidate of BJP.

The programme has been organized at Gandhinagar town hall at 3.00 pm. It will be attended by Chief Minister, assembly speaker, saints, mahants, community leaders, representatives of various organizations etc.

In Ahmedabad, the BJP is going to organize a maha aarti at Shri Jagannath mandir in Jamalpur area at 9.00 am. The programme will be attended by senior leader IK Jadeja, Mayor Minakshi Patel, city BJP president Rakesh Shah and others.

During the period from Modi’s birthday to Pandit Deendayal’s birthday(17-25 September) all morchas of Gujarat BJP will enroll one lakh new people to party. In every district, 100 party workers will leave home as Vistarak. More than 20,000 party workers across Gujarat will leave home as Vistarak and work for the party on full time basis for this period.

BJP SC Morcha will cut 64 kg cake on Modi’s birthday at Municipal market on CG road in the evening at around 7.00 pm and distribute cake pieces among people.

Representatives of different communities and leaders of social and religious organizations will greet Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on his 64th birthday at a public function at Gandhinagar Town Hall on September 17, 2013 at 3.00 p.m.

Even as entire Gujarat feels happy and proud at Bharatiya Janata Party announcing Mr. Modi as the party’s Prime Minister candidate, the public felicitation has been arranged by Gujarat Gaurav Abhivadan Samiti on his birthday.
