The Gujarat government has today ordered transfers of seven IAS officers. Following are the details.

Shri GA Shah, Additional Secretary to Government, Education department, Gandhinagar is transferred and appointed as Director of Municipalities, Gandhinagar vice Shri SB Raval IAS transferred.

Shri Victor Mecwan, IAS, Director(ICDS) in the Commissionerate of Women and Child Development, Gandhinagar is transferred and appointed as District Development Officer, Gandhinagar vice Shri BJ Bhatt, IAS transferred

Shri Rajesh Manju, IAS, Commissioner, Youth Services and Cultural Activities, Gandhinagar is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary to Government(Budget) Finance Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar relieving Shri Hareet Shukla, IAS of the additional charge of that post.

Shri Rajesh Manju, IAS should also hold the additional charge of the post of Joint Secretary to Government(Bureau of Public Enterprises), Finance Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar until further orders.

Shri KD Kapadia, IAS, Deputy Secretary to Government, Scial Justice and Empowerment Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar is transferred and appointed as Commissioner of Entertainment Tax, Gandhinagar until further orders vice Shri PP Harshe, IAS transferred.

Shri RG Trivedi, IAS, Director of Social Defence, Gandhinagar is transferred and appointment as Deputy Secretary to Government(Law and Order), Home Department vice Shri Vijay Nehra, IAS transferred.DeshGujarat.

Shri DG Patel, IAS, Secretary, Gujarat State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Gandhinagar is transferred and appointed as Director(ICDS) in the Commissionerate of Women and Child Development, Gandhinagar.

Shri JK Astik, IAS, Director of Civil Supplies and Ex-officio Joint Secretary to Government Food Civil Supplies and Comsumer Affairs Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar is transferred and appointed as District Development Officer, Surendranagar vice Shri CP Patel, IAS transferred.

Shri GC Brahmbhatt, IAS, Chief Executive Officer, Development Support Agency of Gujarat and Ex-officio Deputy Secretary of Government, Tribal Development Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar is transferred and appointed as Director of Civil Supplies and Ex-officio Deputy Secretary to Government, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar vice Shri JK Astik, IAS transferred.DeshGujarat.
