Narendra Modi to address emerging market forum

Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi will speak on ‘Effective Governance: Getting Results in a Democracy’ at the 2013 Global meeting of the emerging markets forum – which is taking place in Virginia, US from October 13 to 15 via video conferencing at 6.30 pm on Monday.
Horst Koehler, former president of Germany, Raila Odinga, former Kenya PM, Carlos Mesa, former president Bolivia among others are slated to address the meet.
