Addressing a campaign rally for BJP in poll-bound Rajasthan today, Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Shri Narendra Modi said the governments are not election winning machines. They are for welfare of people, they are for building future of youths.
Looking at over-packed ground in Alwar, Mr. Modi said, “there are some political rallies where people are to be requested not to leave, and there are some other political rallies where people need to be requested to stay away as the grounds get over-packed.”
Withough mentioning, Modi was referring to recent fiasco of Rahul Gandhi’s Delhi rally.
When Modi asked the crowd to tell ‘Chale jaon’ to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot led Congress government in Rajasthan, the people were overjoyed and chanted repeatedly and loudly, “chale jaon”, “chale jaon.”
Modi in his iconic style described corruption of Congress govt in centre and said, “Rail mein bhi khate hai, Khel mein bhi khate hai. Khet mein bhi khate hai Ret main bhi khate hai, teeno lok mein bhrastachar fela huva hai, hava ki tarange bhi bech khayi aur 2G ka ghotala kiya, patal mein submarine scam kiya, prithvi lok pe koyla, adarsh aur bahut sare aur scam kiye.”
Modi added that the corruption money is deposited to foreign banks. He said why the government of India should not have a law on revelation of details of money deposited abroad? Why its source, its account should not be made public? Why public money deposited abroad should not be taken back to the people?
Modi said, “you have a chance to elect the BJP government in Rajasthan now, and you will also have a chance to elect the BJP govt in centre after six months from now. Thus you will have two ‘laddus’ in your hands for welfare and better future of Rajasthan.”
